School starts next week...and this mom is Happy, Happy, Happy!

One of my favorite things growing up was school shopping...new clothes, shoes, back pack...oh how I loved getting new pencils, pens and notebooks and that Lisa Frank trapper keeper with the kitten...

The "first day of school buzz" looks a little different around the Children's Village...can you imagine taking 41kids to Foot Locker or a trip down the school supply aisle at Target?

Throughout the year as people come to visit we ask for underwear, back packs, socks,ect. for all the kids and today we pulled out our stock and the kids were so proud of their new things...
